Terms of Service

Long Island Eviction Service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We prepare documents and, in the full-service package, handle mailings, service of process and court filing based solely on the information you supply.

You are responsible for the accuracy of every answer you enter. Petitions and notices are sworn documents; inaccurate information can result in dismissal of your proceeding.

Fees are $199 for a DIY holdover package, $249 for a DIY nonpayment package, $699 for full-service holdover and $750 for full-service unpaid rent. Court filing fees, marshal or sheriff fees and postage charged by the court or an agency are not included.

Once your questionnaire has been submitted and document preparation has begun, fees are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any proceeding.
