That information is used to prepare your documents and, for full-service packages, to complete mailings, service of process and court filing. Court filings are public records once submitted.

Your case records are tied to your account and are only visible to you when signed in. We do not sell your information.

To request deletion of your account and case records, contact us through the contact page. Records we are required to retain for a filed proceeding may be kept for legal compliance.
