How it works

    Send us your name, brokerage and license number. We confirm your license is active in New York.

    Share it with landlord clients who need a holdover or nonpayment proceeding on Long Island.

  3. 3Get paid

    Commissions on all cases filed under your code are paid out monthly.

Managing 3+ evictions a month?

Commissions are paid only to individuals holding an active New York real estate license and only for document preparation and filing support services. Nothing in this program is a fee for legal services or a referral fee for an attorney.
